It was my first time going to an eel restaurant, but I wanted to eat hitsumabushi, so I ordered hitsumabushi. The eel was plump and very tasty. It comes with seaweed, green onions, wasabi, and yuzu pepper as condiments, and I was glad I could enjoy both the wasabi and yuzu pepper! I wanted to go again.

It was an unaju that you can enjoy the original taste of eel, not the usual sweet sauce. It was soft and I ate it with myers ☺️ I can't go there many times, but it was a shop that I would like to visit again. I asked again, and this time I ate hitsumabushi 😃 Hitsumabushi (top). I enjoyed it as unaju, enjoyed it with condiments, and ate it lightly with dashi at the end🤗 This will change the taste, so you can eat more than usual! ️ I want to go again! ️
