More Comments at Google MapWith additional notes I heard that a restaurant that grilled eel without steaming had opened, so I came from Kumagaya City. Immediately after entering the store based on other people's reviews, I received a flyer placed at the cash register and ordered the Unajyu ``Bamboo''.I ranked up and received the ``Matsu''. Since it was past lunch time, the restaurant was empty and I didn't have to wait long for the eel to come out. The eel was a little undercooked, the skin was hard and difficult to cut with chopsticks, and it didn't have much flavor. It's a personal preference, but I think it tastes better if both sides are well browned. I think the flavor of the sauce is good, and I think browning it will give it more depth. I think it's okay to make the rice a little firmer, considering that the sauce will soak in. The liver soup has no odor and the bonito stock tastes good, so I think it's okay to reduce the salt content a little more. I'm happy to have cold tea in a teapot. The staff were also very pleasant and kind. At the time of checkout, I received a service ticket that can be used from September. I'm sure everyone has their own preferences on how to grill the eel, but my standard is a long-established eel restaurant in Hamamatsu, so it might be a bit high (I highly recommend you go and try it). Since I can't go to Hamamatsu in the middle of the day, I asked if there was a restaurant within an hour's drive where I could eat delicious unsteamed eel, but I was a little disappointed. I'm looking forward to it since it has just opened. Thank you for the meal. postscript I visited again with my husband at the end of August. This time, I ordered from “Plum” to “Bamboo”. I also ordered Shirayaki. When ordering, I asked them to ``Please grill them so that they are well browned,'' and they kindly obliged. The feedback I received was that the eel here was more fragrant when grilled properly, and the skin was easy to eat with chopsticks, making it very delicious. The Shirayaki was also very delicious. I understand that the degree of doneness is a matter of personal preference, but it tasted much better the second time. It's a luxury for my family, so I'd like to come back next time for an anniversary. The number of stars will also be changed from ★★★ to ★★★★★ Thank you for the meal.
A new business format of the Ichimon series next door. I think the biggest feature is that the skin is crispy and the meat is firm and plump due to "jiyaki". I can't eat this in the middle of the day, so I thoroughly enjoyed it. The sauce also sticks to the use of locally produced soy sauce, and I was impressed with the impression that it was more refreshing than the conventional sauce. I thought that the fresh scent and numbness of the domestically produced Japanese pepper were also wonderful. Considering the price range, it is not a shop that you can go to often, but it is a good shop for special occasions and hospitality. Next time I visit, I want to try salt-grilled!
Isesaki City, the first eel specialty store I visited. When you enter the restaurant, the first thing that catches your eye is the chef grilling the eel. The fragrant aroma is pleasant. I sat in a luxurious seat and enjoyed the atmosphere of the store. The order is Unagi Shigetake. The tray that was brought, the beautiful luster weight. When you open the lid, it smells fragrant. Sprinkle with Japanese pepper and taste. The skin is crispy and the meat is plump and juicy. It goes well with Japanese pepper and sauce. The rice served with eel rice has just the right amount of hardness and stickiness. Even with the sauce sprinkled on, it doesn't have an unpleasant stickiness and is delicious. Completed the meal in no time. Since it was grilled directly over an open fire, I was worried about the firmness of the meat, but it was soft and fluffy, and I was able to enjoy a new texture. I would like to visit again when I return to my hometown.
