I visited for lunch for the first time in a while. Since I had made a reservation, I went straight in. Since the reservation was for 11:30, the restaurant was quite busy. The unagiju here was light and not too sweet, and the eel was plump, gentle, and easy to eat. It may not suit those who like strong flavors, but there are other options such as beef fillet juju and chicken teriyaki juju, so I think those would be good as well. The eel roll I ordered additionally was also delicious 😊

I've been here about 3 times to treat myself. I usually go during lunch time, but it takes a while for it to be served, so go on a day when you have plenty of time. It's popular, so once you've decided on a date to visit, it's best to make a reservation as soon as possible. What I always order ・This is Unajyu (Special). Even while I'm waiting, I can't help but smell the aroma of grilled eel. Plump and fragrant grilled eel. The sauce is light and not too sweet, just the way I like it. Enjoy the original taste and sprinkle some Japanese pepper on the way. The interior of the store is also clean and sophisticated, making you feel comfortable. I come here to eat eel and feel energetic and happy.

It is a long-established store that appears in Tayama Kabukuro's country teacher, and it is located near Oshijo, so if you are visiting for sightseeing, it may be a good idea to stop by at least once to talk about it. I think it's a delicious taste that can be satisfied with Unaju and Hitsumabushi. I personally recommend chicken weight. You can take it home as a souvenir and enjoy it even when it's cold. Since it's eel, it can't be helped, but it can take up to an hour from ordering to eating, so if you don't have time to spare, it might be better not to stop by. Be prepared, especially if it's crowded. Instead, the worth of waiting will be that something will pass from the mouth to the stomach.
