There are various types of eel kabayaki, eel jus of various sizes, and tempura, but this time I ordered a healthy set meal that included a salad, small side dish, and fruit. You can change the size of the eel, and you can also change the miso soup to liver soup. The young proprietress says that the restaurant has a history of over 160 years and is the oldest food restaurant in Gyoda. The eel was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the sauce was just right without being too sweet, making it very delicious. The store and restrooms are also clean. There is also a Jumangoku Manju shop next door, which I highly recommend when you come to Gyoda.

A traditional eel specialty restaurant located in the center of Gyoda City. Visited business partners for business meetings. The fluffy texture of the eel is exquisitely delicious. The liver soup also has a good dashi stock that brings out the aroma of the eel. I couldn't tell you because I was treating a business partner to a feast, but next time I'd like to try a large portion. It's also great to have a nice cup of coffee after your meal. I would like to visit with my family next time.
