It is famous locally as a restaurant with good value for money for blowfish dishes, and I visited here for the first time in several years to try a course meal of blowfish. If you scoop up the light and chewy puffer fish sashimi with chopsticks and dip them lightly in the grated autumn leaves ponzu sauce, the combination of the best texture and the grated autumn leaves ponzu sauce will be irresistibly delicious. My mouth feels happy. Since the pufferfish doesn't have any unusual boiled or deep-fried flavors, I think seasoning takes a lot of skill from a craftsman, but it's absolutely delicious. Naturally, the blowfish hotpot was also a light meal, and it was a course that was delicious even down to the porridge at the end.
