I made a reservation for lunch on a holiday and visited. The fluffy eel was soft and the sauce was just right. It was delicious. I was also happy that the menu was given to me when I made the reservation, so it was served earlier than those who came later, and I was able to eat smoothly. There seemed to be a lot of customers who made reservations and came to the store, probably because it was a holiday.

It's not boney at all, it's fluffy, and it has a classy taste. "If you eat Tojo's eel, you'll feel better." ☺ I'm glad I went to this eel restaurant, and it made me want to eat there again. Next time, I would like to try it with shirayaki and wasabi soy sauce. There's a lot to choose from on the menu, so take a look carefully before ordering. I have more fun.

I want to eat eel I asked my senior about delicious places. I went to eat at Tojo in Mito after hearing that it was generally recommended. It's bigger than the inside of the store. There are many tatami rooms I think it's better to eat slowly at the tatami room than at the counter. There is a parking lot next to the store, but it is narrow, so drivers should be careful when driving. It was served in about 20 minutes after ordering, which was about right in terms of waiting time. I thought the taste was elegant and a little chewy, but I was satisfied. I think the price is reasonable among eel restaurants. How about splurging and eating eel once in a while? I think this is a store I can recommend.
