It's not a beautiful store setting even for flattery. The price is not cheap either. However, polite work (cut the abdominal bone, drop the fins.). The sauce is sweet, but not persistent. Liver soup has a clean and light taste. The liver is wonderful, the tofu is delicious, and the amount of mitsuba is good (I like it, but I don't need fu). Pickles, radishes, turnips, cucumbers (probably home-made) are good for resting your chopsticks. And hojicha (consideration to put out a replacement as appropriate). I was very satisfied.

The restaurant is a little old fashioned, but you can eat very delicious eel that is fragrantly grilled and entwined with the right amount of sauce to enhance the flavor of the eel. On the Midsummer Day of the Ox, only takeout is available, but it would be nice to have a cup of delicious eel at home😸

I think the eel here is the most delicious 😊 Everything is well balanced. All of the liver soup and pickles were delicious and I would like to eat them again. The staff at the store are also nice. Although the inside of the store is old, it is comfortable.
