This time, I was given 2,000 yen worth of Hot Pepper Gourmet points, so I searched a lot of restaurants and had Hitsumabushi at Itoya, where I was able to make a reservation even for just one person. The eel was fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth, and delicious. We topped it with condiments and dashi stock and enjoyed three different flavors. This is my first time having such delicious eel. Thank you for the meal. Two things I was concerned about: The customer service of the male clerk was very good, but I thought he should be careful because he was wearing slippers or something like that when he walked, so I thought he should be careful. When there are customers, it's quite loud when dumping ice into the sink, so I thought it would be better to be a little careful. I would like to visit again.

It's a very calm shop with a nice atmosphere and I came here slowly. The timing was good and we didn't have to wait for the food.My parents are around 20 years old so there seemed to be a lot of them. I don't know the price because it was my father's feast, and when I made a reservation that day, they said they could only serve eel, so I would have liked to try other dishes if possible.
