Nikko, Tochigi, Japan｜米吉 晃寿司 komekichi kouzushi

If I didn’t eat hella carbs right before dinner, I would’ve ordered 2 person portion size sashimi for myself lol. The fish is so fresh and the tofu skin (yuba) is so tasty! All this for just under ¥4000 🥹 Too bad I live half way around the world or else I’d come all the time 🥲

Highly recommend this place, the ambience is very nice and the sushi and sasbimi were so delicious, especially the blue fin tuna. We came here for lunch and loved it so much we came back for dinner. The waitress even gave us some yuzu sorbet on the house. 10/10

We had some fantastic sushi in an intimate atmosphere, and the staff were very kind around our tight deadline for getting to our train. We then left our train tickets on the table, and didn't realise until we reached the station (with only 7 min before departure). When I started to run back to the restaurant, I realised the CHEF had chased after us with our tickets to return them to us. Thank you so much for taking wonderful care of us!
