More Comments at Google MapI wanted to eat sweetfish, so I visited for the first time. I bought 7 pieces of grilled sweetfish, 2 pieces of sweetfish with roe, and sweetfish boiled in oil, and it took me 2 and a half hours to get home and try them out. I was both hopeful and nervous because I think this kind of sweetfish tastes best when it's freshly grilled, but after just heating it in the microwave for one minute as per the recipe, I was able to get a strong taste of ayu, even if it wasn't freshly grilled. I was able to enjoy it. The grilled sweetfish also contained several sweetfish with roe, which made me feel like I was lucky. There are no shops like this in my neighborhood, so it's worth the time to go there. They seem to have an online shop as well, but I'd definitely like to see it and buy it! I haven't eaten the oil boiled one yet. They also sold rare items such as Shimadojo, Honmoroko, Kajika, and Mozuku crab, so I would like to try them next time.
I wanted to eat eel, so I ordered this shirayaki. It seems that they bake it the day before the arrival date and then ship it out, so it arrived safely on schedule. Instructions on how to eat it were included, and I simmered it in the included sauce, and it was soft, fluffy, and very delicious. If you don't want to boil it, I think it would be delicious just by warming it up on a grill and adding some sauce to it. Next time, I want to go to a restaurant to eat sweetfish.
I went to buy salt-grilled sweetfish because it was baked at 9:30. We decided to have eel on rice for dinner at our house. I want to eat it right away.
