An eel specialty store that I've always wanted to visit There is only one person waiting at 12:30 on Tuesday. After about 10 minutes, I was seated at a tatami room on the second floor. The first floor is only the kitchen and the seating is only on the second floor. A small restaurant with 3 tatami tables and 2 table seats. Ordered 4,200 yen of eel...It seems to be one medium-sized eel. Soon after, the eel arrived, and when I opened the lid, there was a very fragrant smell... The sauce is light, but I prefer it a little darker. The texture is crispy on the skin, which is my favorite type of Kansai kabayaki style. At first I thought, ``Maybe I don't have enough food,'' but I was pretty full. I liked it better than the super famous store “〇Dani” in Hiroshima city.
