Okayama, Japan｜Uojima

This is Special Unagi Restaurant in Okayama. Unagi is Elle fish. Especially this Elle fish is eat in Japan in time of summer. I visited this place in month of July in summer. Quantity of rice and fish was very big and also quality was very awesome. I never eat this kind of fluffy Elle fish before. They served Elle / Unagi fish and other side dishes. Also explains how to eat only point it’s in Japanese only. I prefer if they could keep also in English.

I went there because I had been interested in it for a while because of the good reviews and ratings. This was my first time eating eel in Okayama.The local area is famous for eel, and I've eaten eel from many different restaurants, but the eel here had no eel smell at all, and the skin was crispy, the meat was burnt on the outside, and the sauce was fragrant. The inside was fluffy and very delicious. The liver sucking was also very delicious without any smell. I think this is the most delicious eel restaurant in Okayama. The price is high. It was twice the price of eating in San'in. I think it would be good to eat it as a reward. You wouldn't notice such a delicious restaurant from the street along the bypass. You can find it if you enter Nakamichi. There are many types of alcohol, including Izumo Fuji. If I had to guess, the pickled vegetables were Narazuke and pickled daikon radish, but I thought young people (like me) would be more likely to like Asazuke and Takuan. There is a large selection of a la carte dishes such as broiled eel, kabayaki eel, shrimp tempura, and hamo tempura, as well as set meals, tempura, and bamboo steamed dishes.
