Takahashi, Okayama, Japan｜Uotomi

I went there because I wanted to eat sweetfish. I never thought that I would be able to have a baby Ayu. wonderful.

The sweetfish of the Takahashi River seems to be a specialty. It was definitely fatter and tastier than the sweetfish from the supermarket!

I stopped by on the way home from visiting the graves of my ancestors and my father. Ayu kaiseki was excellent. The ayu sushi and conger eel sushi that I bought for takeout were also excellent. Thank you for the meal.
