More Comments at Google MapI found the opening information on the web and visited because it was the first store in Chugoku and Shikoku. The cooking method seems to be ``Fluffy Kanto Yaki,'' and I ordered ``Unaju Gozen Toku.'' I will write down the differences from the cheaper 24-hour stores that I often visit during this time. You'll be surprised at how fluffy the eel is, and you can feel the aroma of grilling, which is a big difference. I felt that the sauce was made thin so that individuals could adjust it (I don't know if this expression is correct) At other restaurants, people say, ``It's cheap and the sauce is thick and delicious! I liked the part where the eel was soft and fluffy and the rice went well. The aroma of the condiments (green onion, wasabi, seaweed) that came with the meal resonated with my childish palate, who thinks everything is delicious. As for the seasonings provided, ``Japanese pepper'' and ``Eel sauce,'' I was impressed by how fragrant Japanese pepper was. There is plenty of room for one person even at the counter seats, so you can enjoy your meal slowly. Since you can't see the faces of the chefs personally grilling your food, you don't have to be too solemn about eating it, and you don't feel guilty about adding the provided eel sauce to taste. You can enjoy changing the flavor as you like. (At first, I thought it might be rude to change the taste, but I couldn't fool my body, which has grown into a cheap eel, so I added more sauce.) The cheerful voices of the store staff and probably the store manager coming from the back are very pleasant, and I am impressed by their dedication to customer service, even at a low price. The only bottleneck is the price and the short opening time. Other than that, I thought it was a nice store. How about using it for a special anniversary or as a reward for yourself?
You can eat Kanto-style eel at an affordable price 😋 It's only open for lunch, and it gets full at 12 noon, so we recommend visiting right after it opens 💦
The price seems cheap for authentic eel. I usually eat eel from Sukiya, and it's delicious, but the good ones are even better. Mataiko
