Stopped here on my way to Shikoku. Great little sushi train!

This is a sushi restaurant that I found on the internet with high ratings. Many comments were very satisfying writing, but really? I went in while being skeptical. The inside of the store was calm and there were three people who made it, so I felt the energy. The table seats were full and I was guided to the counter with a sense of apology, but I was happy to be seated directly. I was recommended freshly fried pike conger, which is exquisite. The piping hot conger eel is lightly sprinkled with salt. It was such a shock that I was knocked out at the beginning of the encounter and was stunned I had the large red shrimp, and it was big and fresh, and the miso on the big head was really delicious, and the meat was firm and delicious. I also got the recommended salmon, but it's a good value with two pieces of salmon that are twice as thick as I imagined. I was also surprised by this I received a lot of things, but I was most surprised when I got the calculation at the end. The price was the same as a regular conveyor belt sushi restaurant. I definitely want to visit this shop when I come to Okayama again. Please note that payment is cash only

I'm from Fukuoka. It was a luxurious gourmet that I could not imagine from the outside. Conveyor belt sushi but the quality is top notch. But it's cheap. Even the most expensive is 400 yen. I'm afraid of the care of the craftsman. The yellow chives that can only be eaten in Okayama, especially the hira that can only be eaten in this area, were the best. Even though it takes time and effort, they even roasted it for 200 yen. Why don't you all go there? I think you can taste real sushi.
