Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan｜Atsumi

I came to Atsumi-san, an eel restaurant located in Chitose-cho, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. This time, I ordered Joju (5,950 yen including tax) and others. Homework store at a long-established eel restaurant! It's finally here~ (lol) The eel is carefully grilled over charcoal ♡ It goes without saying that the carefully selected ingredients are excellent, but the grilling technique that creates a fluffy flavor is truly impressive. The aroma of the eel when it's grilled is delicious, and the sauce and rice that go with the eel are also delicious. The chawanmushi that I ordered separately was delicious with the soup stock, and with beer and edamame, it was a blissful dinner. I went there before the store opened on a weekday evening, so I lined up to get in without making a reservation, but I think it's definitely worth making a reservation. Thank you for the meal, I want to repeat it~♪ (*^^*)

One of the best place to eat Unagi in Japan. The place is quite crowded during lunch time. It is around 8 minutes away from Hamamatsu station. One more thing, they only accept cash. For the menu, they offer two main unagi dish: With tare (brown sauce) and Shirayaki (plain without the sauce). The brown unagi was exceptional and the unagi was so tender. If you want to try something new, the shirayaki was refreshing with wasabi and shoyu.

It is a very delicious Unagi restaurant. The most delicious I've ever eaten.
