This is my first visit. Kansai-style eel restaurant. There was a rare deep-fried loach. The eel was plump and the skin was crispy and very delicious. The rice was a little hard, but it was delicious. I ate loach fried chicken for the first time in 30 years, but it was delicious. The deep-fried bones of the white-grilled and liver-grilled appetizers were also very delicious. My partner asked for additional chawanmushi, but he said that it was delicious with ankake.

I always eat hitsumabushi. The eel is crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. And when you continue to eat rice, eel comes out again. It is made up of two layers, so even if you eat without thinking about the ratio of eel and rice, you will almost never run out of eel. However, the amount is so large that I can not finish it every time and leave about half. I get a tappa from the shopkeeper and pack it home, but I feel like I got a good deal because I can eat eel again at night. If you go at the same time as the store opens, you can avoid lining up, but you'll be waiting in 30 minutes, so I think it's safe to make a reservation.
