Visited the store at 11am without a reservation. Even after 11 o'clock, it was still "preparing". When I quietly opened the door and asked if the restaurant was open, I was told, ``We have bento boxes and pre-orders, so you might have to wait.'' We were the only customers in the restaurant, so we were seated right away. The waiting time may have been longer than the time spent worrying about what to order. The fluffy and crispy eel bowl arrived in no time for ¥1,800. The sweet sauce was delicious, and the rice was completely eaten. I'm glad I didn't give up while I was preparing. lol It may be safe to make a reservation.

I ordered a two-color set meal. It started with ordering and preparing the eel. The kabayaki skin was grilled crispy, and the meat melted in the mouth...The eel sauce wasn't too thick and had a smooth texture, with just enough sweetness to complement it. Therefore, the rice with sauce was very refreshing even for one person. I wonder if it can be enjoyed by children with good taste. A two-color set meal with half of the body grilled white. Ginger and wasabi are included if you like, but milled rock salt is also included... Eating Shirayaki eel with rock salt enhances the fat and flavor of the eel! As I put it in my mouth and tasted it, I felt... Shirayaki with wasabi and ginger soy sauce is a standard dish in Hamamatsu, but the salty flavor is also highly recommended. We have created a restaurant specializing in eel that uses the skills of our craftsmen to provide you with meals that are worth more than the price and the pleasure of eating. Honestly, I was surprised at how cheap it was in my price range. It was a meal time filled with a sense of bliss! I think I'll get addicted to visiting eel restaurants. I decided to come to Hamamatsu and came here to eat eel. It was my first time eating Shirayaki and it was surprisingly delicious. The eel sauce is also delicious as the sauce, eel, and rice go well together. The taste exceeded my expectations and I'll be looking forward to it again if I have the chance to come next time. The grilled food here is Kansai-yaki, and I've eaten both, but I think I like it better this way. Thank you for the meal.
