Best unagi i ate in Japan. We travel here for other reasons but took the chance and booked in advanced. Definitely worth the price. Typically you will get unagi with a sweet brown sauce. which I don't like. here you get the unagi white grilled over charcoal. if I ever come to this city again I will come to this place.

The chef is particular about not only the eel, but also the grilling, sauce, and rice, and always has an inquisitive mind. Both Shirayaki and Kabayaki have a wonderful taste, and you will be addicted to it once you try it. The restaurant is open for 3 courses during lunch time, and there is a limited number of eels available on the day. Reservations can be made for a minimum of 2 people only through OMAKASE, a reservation site for top-class restaurants. Please note that if you visit on the day without a reservation, you will not be able to eat most of the food.
