Order a variety of individual items (bone, grilled liver, grilled eel, eel set) and make your own eel course. The self-serve course is reasonably priced at 5,000 yen per person. If you eat this flavor in Tokyo, it will definitely cost you more than 10,000 yen. The rice is Koshihikari rice from Niigata, and the pickled cucumbers are pickled in rice bran, giving it a unique nostalgic aroma. Sansho is green sansho and has a very rich aroma. The white grilled wasabi is traditionally grated fresh. Since it is a long-established store, it is closed irregularly on holidays like in Kyoto. We recommend contacting us by phone before going.
