Atami, Shizuoka, Japan｜Unaju

I went to Unaju in Atami, Shizuoka Prefecture. The store name and product name are the same, making it easy to understand. I ordered the special Unaju and grilled liver with sauce. The grilled liver had no odor and went well with the sauce. The eel has a thin skin and is really delicious. Since I went before noon, the seats were vacant, but the seats soon filled up. The food was served quickly and it was a good restaurant! Thank you for the meal!

I was looking for lunch and was drawn in by the nice smell, so I went in. It was very soft and delicious. The price was reasonable, and although there was a line, I got in relatively quickly.

It is conveniently located near Atami's shopping district. Last time I visited, I had a set meal, and the eel and sashimi in the set were very delicious. This time I received Shirayaki and Unajyu. Please note that you cannot enter the store with a stroller. It might be better to prepare as little money as possible before going. It seems like it's a family-run business, so it doesn't have the same service as a chain store, but I think it's a warm store.
