I happened to drive by before and saw the character of the eel in the store. I couldn't come, but I was able to visit the store using the Obon holiday. When I entered the store, I saw live eel in a bag. After the order is placed, it is prepared, steamed, and grilled. The menu has kabayaki set meal and unaju. By the way, this day was an eel from Kagoshima (^^) Since it was a group of first customers, we didn't have to wait too long, and it was served in less than 30 minutes. I asked for Unaju (top) and it wasn't on the menu, but if I asked, I could do it. The eel was thick but finished plumply. The sauce is dark but not overpowering and has a light sweetness. Grilled liver was stuck in a single skewer, fresh and delicious! It's a good deal with liver soup and mozuku vinegar and homemade pickles. When I told him on the way home that the sauce was good, he said that soy sauce had been boiled down considerably. Next time I want to enjoy Shirayaki slowly
