We were told that it would take 20-30 minutes to prepare/make our order but the wait was all worth it. It was the best unagi we had so far.

I ordered unagiju and unagidon. The eel bowl was said to be on the small side, but it was a good size. It was fluffy and very delicious. It was worth the 35 minute wait. For men, there may be less rice.
