I am not a huge fan of unagi, but my husband loves it,m and this place is a must go when you are in Kofu. I recommend to book in advanced since the food is so fresh they the space is small. They have a nice traditional Japanese garden with Koi fish!

A place I visited for nutritional supplementation before climbing the Southern Alps. Even while waiting after ordering, calls for taking out and making reservations kept ringing, realizing that this is a popular place in the local area. Maybe it's because the eel is good at controlling it ripened soft The sauce wasn't overpowering, so it was very good. If I visit Kofu again next time, I want to go again.

The atmosphere of the store is very nice. I can see the Japanese garden from the window and see Nishikigoi swimming around. There is a sign at the entrance that says we are open by reservation only today. I'm glad I made a reservation and went. The eel was also very delicious✨
