More Comments at Google MapThis was a lovely find! The unagidon is delicious and very fresh. All the ingredients and dishes are made in-house. The food has a very ''home-made'' taste to it, but that isn't to say it is not high quality. The food is excellent! Highly recommended!
At this long-established eel restaurant, the owner grills the eel for you at the store 💜Reservations are required at night, but they seem to be happy to come in or take it home 💜I hope you'll get through the hot summer with eel and have a good day in the second half 💜The counter seats are easy for one person to come by 💜
"Unagi Ryuyu" @ Tokuyuki, Kofu City The eel restaurant closes early, but the last order here is at 8:30, so I appreciate that. I ordered the eel shredded bamboo. I've been enjoying eel kabayaki that is slightly chewy and different from Kanto's eel kabayaki. The eel sauce that brings out the flavor of the eel to the fullest was a bit salty for me, who has a very light taste, but the light flavored mushroom water didn't make me want to drink water after the meal. The bland mushroom water had a wonderful taste without being fishy. It was my first experience to eat unaju with wasabi. First of all, it was written that you should eat it without wasabi, so I tasted it and it was the best. Moreover, the fineness of hospitality that carefully grate the raw wasabi. The yogurt dessert jam was handmade and the strawberries were crushed, and the inside of the mouth was refreshing. When I passed by on Midsummer Day of the Ox, I understood the reason why people lined up so long to buy it. I would like to try the Kansai-style grilled eel next time.
