Simply amazing Unagi. Order the premium for $4620 yen. You won't regret it. They grill the fish when you order from the menu. Usually takes about 20 minutes to prepare. Just the freshness itself is to die for. Literally.

The sauce is not sweet and salty, and I hate the light seasoning that allows you to enjoy the taste of steamed and grilled eel! These days, old-fashioned shops are outdated and losing their concept. The atmosphere inside the store is soothing, and the inside of the store has a long history, but every corner has been polished up. I had a very good experience. Yamanashi and eel may not be easily connected, but it is a first-class Japanese restaurant that you must visit at least once.

Even though it was a consecutive holiday, I went early at 5 o'clock, but it was quiet with about 2 groups of 7 customers, and the service was good and the taste was perfect! ️
