Uogashi runs it, so it might be natural. If you don't line up before opening for Uogashi's lunch, it's troublesome because you have to wait, but since the store is large, you can eat it without waiting.

Coming to the store on January 6th♪ I went around noon, but the reservation form was quite filled with the 4th sheet! About two and a half hours later, it was our turn to enter the store! The atmosphere inside the store was great, and I was so excited that I could finally eat it with the smell of eel! ! The toilet was also cleaned frequently! Beautiful carp fish in the store! What I ordered was the <Unaju-Nami>, It arrived within 10-15 minutes after ordering. Great view of Mount Fuji from the parking lot It was the most delicious eel I've ever eaten♡♡ I definitely want to go again!
