The dishes here were very well executed. The unagi had the delicious taste of the charcoal and the green pepper powder gave a pleasant numbing taste. The eel organ meat was also well done, and I enjoyed seeing them make use of all of the animal. Service-wise, the two women running the shop were very kind and worked fast. Everything was well taken care of, even the restrooms were very clean. I would recommend people try this if they want to spoil themselves.

You can’t go wrong with eel sushi and eel tempura. If you want more texture and bite, get the set or eel on rice! The eel sushi will melt in your mouth and make sure to add lemon on the tempura and dip it in the salt. I don’t know what they put in this salt but it conjures out the umami-ness in the eel. DO NOT SKIP THE SALT PLEASE AND THANK! 🫰

I received a very delicious eel ju! I was also impressed by how fresh and fragrant the Japanese pepper was. I was happy to see that it was possible to remove the odor and bring out the flavor of grilled liver. There are some strange reviews that give 1 star to various tourist destinations, but regardless of that, this is a restaurant that you should definitely try. Thank you for the meal. I'll come back later.
