Odawara, Kanagawa, Japan｜Unagi Dish Shoukinrou

This place is located about 5 minutes walk from the Odawara Station. You will find this towards the road to the Odawara Castle. This is a unagi resto and serves only unagi. The place is unique and gives a retro ambience. The unagi is so good and served with pickles and kino soup.

I'm korean and first time to having unagi meal in japan. Very very delicious dishes and the lady serving our table is the most kind lady in japan. I really recommend this place if you want try real cuisine in japan. However, if you don't like any fishes, please go to Kfc or burger king around it.

One of the best unagi I've tried so far, extremely soft with delicate flavours grilled with a sauce that isn't overly sweet. The rice is excellent without being overly drenched in sauce. The sansho provided is also amazingly fragment without being too spicy and is highly recommended as a topping. But most importantly, the price is reasonable.
