Reservation required. It was very delicious. The sauce was light and dry (not sweet) and brought out the taste and aroma of the eel, which was great. Since it was early summer, the eel had just the right amount of fat and had a light flavor that wasn't overpowering, but the back-opened eel was grilled with a nice aroma, the sauce was just right to bring out the flavor, and the steaming was perfect for the fluffy texture. The seasoning is to my liking, and the salty liver soup and pickled vegetables are perfect for a chopstick break. Although it's not pictured, it came with chicken soup as an appetizer. This also tasted good.

I made a reservation in advance for lunch while sightseeing in Odawara. It was a good idea to make a reservation because the eel is cooked to order, so it takes a while. The taste was very delicious with a refreshing taste that suppressed sweetness.

This is a long-established eel restaurant on Kokusai Street in Odawara. The eel is grilled crispy and has enough weight for steaming. This is a famous eel restaurant in Odawara. There weren't many customers, probably because it was raining. You can enjoy the melty, fluffy eel. The restaurant has a dark and calm atmosphere, and there is a tatami room in the back. It's a little expensive, but I would like to go again if I have the chance.
