Unaju is purely delicious. It was crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and the sauce wasn't too heavy, and it was even more delicious than I expected. If you want to eat eel near Gifu Station, this is definitely the place. Grilled eel liver has a lot in it and is delicious, but 600 yen is cheap. And the wife was a friendly and nice person.
