My favorite Unagi place. I always come here when I visit Gifu.

I came here to eat eel with my wife for the first time in a while. It was as busy as ever, and when I tried to write my name on the paper waiting in line at the entrance, it turned out to be a tablet. What's also great is that you can use your smartphone to know the wait time and send an email to call you two groups in advance. This time I had to wait for 80 minutes, so I was able to go shopping nearby and adjust the time, so I was able to have a fun meal with almost no waiting time. There will be more parking lots and a better reception system.

It's cheaper than the famous store in Sakae Department Store, Nagoya City. Hitsumabushi is over 1000 yen cheaper. There is a Western-style toilet in the shop, so men can also sit and relieve themselves. There is a description. The pickles are Takwan, not Narazuke. I can feel their desire to provide delicious food at reasonable prices. For me, who is from the Chubu region, this cooking method and the sweet and spicy flavor are absolutely delicious.
