Gifu, Japan｜うなぎ明水

I ate the hitsumabushi and shirayaki deliciously. I made the hitsumabushi for a family of three people, and it's cheaper than ordering it individually, and it's impressive and interesting! The bone crackers they bring to you first are also delicious!

I love eel and go there several times a year. Until now, there was no restaurant better than a certain eel restaurant in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, but we have updated it to be the best! Recommended for those who like outside Paris and fluff. I received the Hitsumabushi Toku. The seaweed that comes with it is finely chopped and has a nice aroma, and the green onions are delicious (some restaurants sometimes serve dried green onions, but the green onions here are fresh and fragrant!). The soup is liver soup. They will bring the sauce separately, so if you don't have enough, you can make extra sauce. The exterior and interior of the store and the atmosphere of the store's owner were both elegant and calming. Next time I want to eat eel, I'll go here ^^

I visited you on 3/3. The eel bowl (Matsu) was delicious. It was crispy and fluffy, just the way I like it. There was stylish background music playing in the restaurant, all of which were my favorite songs, and I was glad that I was able to enjoy the eel in such a comfortable manner. Since it was a weekday, the restaurant was not noisy and I enjoyed the atmosphere of an adult eel restaurant. thank you very much.
