What a delicious hitsumabushi. The skin is grilled crispy and the texture is wonderful with the soft meat. I also like the amount of sauce. It wasn't too much, so as someone who likes white rice, I enjoyed the taste of the rice. Since the bowl is small, you can eat it with dashi soup, eat it as is, and enjoy the soup again. The ohitsu is also beautiful and makes you want it!

I went to Shimizuya for the first time in a while. As expected, there is only a long-established store, and the eel is delicious. This time I had a mini eel box lunch. I put up with it, but it was a menu that seemed to go well with alcohol.
