Hashima, Gifu, Japan｜Uotatsu

I had heard that there was a reasonably priced eel restaurant in Hashima for some time, so I decided to go there the other day during lunch time on a weekday (around 11:45). There was also a host who was sitting at the counter eating eel bowl looking delicious (;_;) There were 7-8 seats at the counter and 3 tables (for 4 people). It felt small and cozy. I was hesitant because it was so cheap, but since I was told it would fit in one bottle, I ordered the eel rice bowl, and the bowl arrived in about 15 minutes.The eel looked like it had been carefully grilled by the wife. Also, are you and your husband a family? It had a homely atmosphere. I think it's about 4 pieces of eel (250g). It was fatty and entwined with the sweet and firm sauce and was very delicious. A Japanese restaurant that mainly serves fish, located along the prefectural road Gifu-Hashima Line in Hashima City. The parking lot is shared in front of the store. It's a small restaurant with about 6 to 7 seats at the counter and tables of 2 x 4 people or 1 x 2 people. This time for lunch, I ordered Unaju (2,200 yen), and the sauce was rich, the skin was crispy, and the meat was tender and delicious. Even after the price increase, I still think it's a reasonable price.

A river fish restaurant located about 20 minutes on foot from Gifu-Hashima Station. I checked out of my hotel in Gifu Hashima at 10 o'clock, and I had time until my next appointment, so I searched for a place to eat and found this place. I arrived much earlier than 11:00 and waited in front of the shop for opening. It was windy and cold, so I think it would have been better to adjust the time at the Lotteria in front. As soon as I entered the store, I was seated, had hot tea, and looked over the menu. The view of the charcoal grill in the kitchen was very appetizing. The service was about 15 minutes. Other orders were received, and it was prosperous from the morning. The eel was crispy and sweet with a charcoal-grilled aroma, and it was very delicious. I felt that it was a good shop that was kind to my pocket with a volume of eel that I could not imagine for 1100 yen. If you're in the neighborhood, it's a shop you want to go to.
