Ichinomiya, Aichi, Japan｜Uworoku

I've had takeout before, but this was my first time at the restaurant. A local eel restaurant with a long reputation. The parking lot was full on Sunday afternoon, but the store staff kindly guided us and we were able to park smoothly. In addition to the eel bowl, there was also hitsumabushi, and there was also a half-eel dish that was easy for my parents to eat, and the price was reasonable (I think it was around 2,600 yen). The taste was also good. Also, some of the people I went with didn't like eel, but it was nice to be able to eat sashimi as well. The sashimi was also delicious. I would definitely like to go again.

I wandered around wanting to eat delicious eel, and ended up at this restaurant. The taste was strong, but the surface was crispy and the inside was fluffy, the eel was really delicious. It may be hard to see the eel in the photo, but it's huge because it's stacked on top of each other. Let's eat mabushi next

I enjoyed the unagiju deliciously. The eel is delicious, but the shime mackerel I received as a service was absolutely delicious! It's a store you'll want to visit again!
