I tried to eat sushi on the way home from my son's house, but unfortunately the business was closed, so I decided to try hitsumabushi for the first time in a while, so I went to the Kokoro Tsushima branch, which I used to go to from time to time. I couldn't do it, so I went to the Miwa store that I wanted to go to for the first time. I had a hitsumabushi lunch, but it was enough to eat. I used to have a large serving of rice before, but today I was full even without a large serving. Just the right amount of doneness, and the slightly sweet sauce is at a level that you can be satisfied with. There is no inferiority even if you compare it with 〇〇 in Nagoya city. Unfortunately, I had a little misunderstanding with the part-time worker at the store today, but I was satisfied with the taste, so I'm okay with the misunderstanding... The part-time job is also working hard. Both the Tsushima and Miwa stores are a bit far from my home, but I'd like to find time to visit them again. Thank you for the meal.
