I purchased Hyakuwa Tei's eel through online shopping. Even though it's domestic eel, it's reasonably priced. The elasticity of the meat and the aroma of the crispy skin are delicious. The sauce was sweet enough to go well with the rice. I bought it frozen, so I was worried about whether I would be able to reheat it on my home grill, but it turned out delicious.
