Kakamigahara, Gifu, Japan｜Ippo

I visited for the first time based on a recommendation from a friend. Even though it was renovated into a modern structure on the site of a former Mos Burger, it had a drive-through and was an interesting structure. For the dish, I had Unajyu (above). The well-grilled skin and fluffy meat were very delicious, incorporating the best aspects of Kansai and Kanto kabayaki. The skin was grilled with a nice aroma, and by sprinkling it with some Japanese pepper, the flavor became even more delicious. For dessert, I ordered a warabi mochi drink. This one had a lot of bracken mochi in the light matcha milk, and it had a very refreshing taste and was delicious.

The special eel was very delicious. Plus, the Japanese pepper had a really nice scent! ! I don't usually use sansho pepper, but I used it here and it was delicious. It was also a very elegant shop and tableware. The warabi mochi drink was very satisfying. It seems that drive-thru is also possible!

I learned about it in a free paper and visited the store. I ordered both kabayaki and shirayaki. The eel meat and fat were well-cooked, It was very delicious. If I wasn't alone, I would have had sake with it. I would like Kabayaki Shirayaki (half body) on the take-out menu. We also have private rooms for two people, so I think it's a good restaurant for one person to use on special occasions.
