I had hitsumabushi and grilled liver. The grilling was perfect, not too crispy and not too soft. You can feel the craftsmanship. Conversely, it may be unsatisfactory for those who like it crispy. This area is the personality of the store. The sauce is sweet, but not too sweet, just right. The grilled liver was also very delicious with less bitterness. In this area, it is the second strongest along with "Namazuya Kakamigahara branch store". Please note that payment can only be made in cash or PayPay, credit cards cannot be used.

It was amazing. Is it different from other shops? The surface is crispy and the eel inside is very juicy. The taste of the skin was also solid. It's so delicious for now. The carp sashimi was also large. The soup is also elegant. It was also cashless. Depending on the season, tiger pufferfish can be eaten, so I would like to go again ( ^ω^ )
