I heard from a friend that it was delicious, and it was really delicious! Especially Shirayaki. The skin was crispy and the meat was soft, and it tasted like it was eaten with salt or wasabi soy sauce, but it was delicious either way. The eel bowl was also very delicious. There is also a side note. The pickled vegetables that are served first are also delicious.

At the Tokyo first branch of Minokin, a famous eel specialty restaurant in Gifu, which was listed in the 100 selections of eels, I had a limited quantity of hitsumabushi with liver for 6950 yen. Comes with dashimaki egg, small bowl, clear soup, and pickles. I received the upper 6950 yen. By the way, the special is 9050 yen, but it comes with not only hitsumabushi but also small bowls, so I was personally very satisfied with the above. It's been a long time since I ate such delicious eel. It has no odor and is just the right amount of crispness. A fragrant roast that is not too crunchy. Plump inside. There is nothing to say with crispy! What surprised me was the liver! It was so delicious that I wondered what kind of liver I had eaten until now. And there were a lot of them. It looks like it's going to be fine to get this much liver at once. It was really easy to eat and delicious liver. Hitsumabushi can be eaten as is! It's good to put condiments and dashi soup on it! So I reconfirmed that it is a very luxurious and satisfying food. It's nice to be able to eat such delicious Hi in Tokyo without going to Gifu. You can also have free refills of cabbage, so I thought it would be good to accompany sake while waiting for the hitsumabushi. The inside of the store is stylish, spacious and has a high-class feel without feeling oppressive. It looks like it's going to be hot again this year, so I hope you can go to Minokin to eat eel and get well.
