Seki, Gifu, Japan｜うなぎの店そらは青いぞ

Visited with a reservation for 6 people. I found out by watching a TV program. The homemade honey eel sauce was rich and delicious. I also ordered beer, but the duck that came out as a snack was delicious. The honey for dessert was very good. I will come again.

Listening to the general's story, I liked the wonderful personality, the quality of the eel, and the deliciousness of the sauce! I would love to hear from you again soon. It was a feast.

The surface of the eel is crispy and not sticky, yet delicious. Apparently, the sauce is made from honey from the bees kept in the garden instead of using grains.
