Tajimi, Gifu, Japan｜澤中

I ordered the eel bento ``upper'' (3,200 yen including tax) to take home. As you might expect from the title ``Bincho charcoal grilling,'' it has the aroma of charcoal. The outside is crispy and the inside is soft. The sweet sauce was absorbed well and it was delicious. Eel is expensive, but Sawanaka-san is one of the most delicious restaurants in Tajimi, and the prices are reasonable, so I highly recommend it.

The store is very clean and beautiful. The washroom was very clean. I ordered hitsumabushi, and I was very surprised at the first bite! It is very tasty! Add condiments and it's delicious twice! It is delicious three times with Ochazuke. I'm glad Hitsumabushi is in Japan. I really felt that I was lucky to be Japanese. Unusual water bun? It's nice to have a dessert after dinner! Thank you for the meal! I want to go again.

I went to Sawanaka-san for lunch! If you want to eat eel in Tajimi, this is the place to go! It is especially delicious when eaten with wasabi. I'm so happy with the petit dessert at the end. Ah, I want to go again
