If you come all the way to Gero Onsen, You can't leave without eating Hida beef! First of all, cheer up with beer! After the hot spring, it's delicious! Accompanied by river fish (char)! My body is steamy! The aroma of coarse salt and charcoal fire makes beer go well! The main course is Hoba miso steak! Usually 70g I increased the amount to 100g! Mixed with magnolia miso I will put it on rice! Hmmm, it's too hot! Fat is sweet and delicious! Combined with the sweetness of the magnolia miso, the rice goes on! It was a gorgeous dinner!
