Best unagi. Fresh and lightly sauced to retain the natural flavour of the fish. Not overly oily. River fish is fresh and meat is sweet. Ate there twice. Highly recommend.

Delicious homemade soba and even more delicious unagi. The eel was so fresh and boiled to perfect. The fish meat was just melting in my mouth! Homemade tofu, mushrooms and wild vegetables were all good choices to start with.
