More Comments at Google MapNewly reopened Moved to next store Hitsumabushi, which didn't exist before, is now available. This makes me happy😆 "Kinshidon" is also available for lunch The harmony of thick omelet and eel is too much fun (laughs) Bincho charcoal-grilled eel Large size and thick Eating Shirayaki I was able to swim in the spring water of Azumino. It has no odor and makes you feel tight. It's not steamed, so it's crisp and delicious. The fat spreads all over your mouth. It's the best 😃 And what is unique to Shikimi is the eel sushi, which is also delicious➰😁
Visited for lunch in August 2023. Ordered the eel bowl. Two slices of eel on top of a large bowl of rice. Soup, pickles, and bite-sized watermelon were brought together. When I touched the eel with chopsticks, I thought it was hard, but when I ate it, I was surprised. Crispy outside and fluffy inside! ! I'm riding a lot of fat. It was so delicious that I wanted to eat more! ! However, the amount of rice was large, and although it would be great for adult men, women were quite hungry. I felt that the amount of rice and the size of the eel did not match, but I am very satisfied! I was very happy with the bite watermelon. It was a safe space with many shop assistants and local friendly aunties. The inside of the store was a tatami room full of luxury, so the friendly feeling mixed with the dialect was the best. I would like to guide people who come to Nagano to play.
I visited at noon. It's the thickest and most filling thing I've ever eaten. The skin is crispy and the inside is soft😋 As expected, I realized that the eel used in the 100 famous waters is different. Also, I liked the sweet sauce that I like 😍 I asked the store staff The "tortoise" has been used for 40 years since its predecessor, It is said to be a secret sauce that uses a rich sauce that contains plenty of eel extract! It seems like it would go well with sake 🍶, so I would like to come at night next time 😉 Thank you for the meal🙇🏼♂️
