We were really lucky to find a place before their break. The food was really outstanding and super flavorful, the service was also kind and friendly. Just a heads up they don’t speak English and they don’t have English menu so be ready to have your translator app ready. Btw their tempura is must try here

The restaurant already tempts with the charcoal roasting from the outside . The orders are differentiated by parts of the eel and rated in quarter sizes up . The serving in the photo is half an eel . It's crispy on the outside and soft, moist on the inside .

Probably the best unagi (grilled eel) restaurant in Nagano city. Has other offerings on the menu as well if you’re not an eel aficionado. However, their eel offering is totally delicious! Grilled to perfection with just the right amount of sauce, served with rice it is extremely satisfying. While on the pricier side, it’s really worth it for the delightful taste!
