I am very grateful for the large jug of oolong tea that comes with the service! The sashimi included red shellfish, squid, tuna, and sweet shrimp. The miso soup was also very delicious. It's just the right amount for one person, but since I'm a picky eater, I wanted to finish off the meal with ramen, so I also ordered rock seaweed ramen. The ingredients included a piece of fried chicken, half a flavored egg, menma, green onions, and rock nori. The soup had a very delicious soy sauce base. The amount of noodles was also sufficient for the final ramen. The owner has a workmanlike atmosphere, but when I talked to him, I found him to be surprisingly friendly, and I was able to ease my nerves and have a casual conversation with him. You can have lunch for ¥600 on weekdays, so it might be a good idea to go there next time. With this, repeat is confirmed 👍

I was running night after night to go to Mase, and I was hungry in Naoetsu, so I wanted to eat something delicious, so I went to this restaurant. Although it was my first time, they made me an omakase course and taught me how to drink local sake. He was a friendly master. It is one that I would like to visit again.
