Kashiwazaki, Niigata, Japan｜かねこ 四季の味彩

I love the boiled fish (especially the golden sea bream) at this restaurant. Also, the miso pickled salmon roe (not soy sauce pickled) is really delicious! I was very satisfied with these two items and Niigata's sake. The mackerel and grilled fish are also good!

I had the daily lunch. A set meal of mince cutlet and sashimi. Lunch is 1300 yen, so I think the price range is high for everyday use, but as far as the regular menu is concerned, I thought that a full-fledged kaiseki kappo served lunch. The food was beautifully arranged and tasted good, and I felt that everything, including the contents and garnishes, was made properly, and I felt that it was more than the price. I completely liked the okara aemono of the supporting role. The taste of the soup stock is unlike anything else you've had, and it's not too strong, so you can eat as much as you like. There was also a takeaway, but I gave up because I can't go home that day. I thought that the boiled fish and kaiseki cuisine that other people wrote would be delicious.

I used it for the first time in over ten years. I ordered a fillet cutlet set meal and was surprised at how much was served! We had delicious.
