Setouchi, Okayama, Japan｜Ushimado Cafe

Great restaurant and cafe, owner chef also dishes up real LPs on his LP player....must visit, good deal on coffee.

I only had coffee, so I don't know about the food, but the atmosphere was great. Record to BOSE speakers. It brought tears to my eyes.

It is located on Shiomachi Karakoto Street in Ushimado. Apparently they have paella on Saturdays and Sundays, but weekday lunches are only mushroom cheese curry or gapao rice. (You can also use the cafe) Uses ingredients from Ushimado. The store is an old private house that has been beautifully renovated. Although it is stylish, it is easy for even a man to enter by himself. I ordered curry, but the first salad also had mushrooms! Raw slices? However, it was light and easy to eat, like a snack! Probably Ushimado olive oil is also used. The cheese curry is served piping hot in a skillet. What I thought were small potatoes were all mushrooms, and I felt that the flavor was more concentrated than the salad. I ordered ginger milk for my drink, and everything was delicious, including this.
